FAQ - User Guide

1. Registration
Registration is on invitation only basis. An invitation email, generated by Logos System Admin, will be sent to agreed users only.
Upon the receiving of registration invitation email (as per sample shown below), please click on the link in the email and follow the intructions to complete your registration to access to the LOGOS Investor Portal.


2. Log in
After you have registered and activated your account, your email address and the password you nominated during the registration process, will be set as your user name and password for future log ins.
If you forget your password, please click on Forgot password? and follow the instructions to reset your password. If you have any issues, please contact InvestorPortal@logosproperty.com for further assistance.


3. Investor Portal Navigation
You can search, refine and filter your documents by using the menu bar navigation.




You can preview your documents and download these individually by clicking on the Document Name. You can also download multiple documents by selecting the right hand side checkboxes beside each document and selecting the orange Download button.


If you have multiple LOGOS investor entities, you easily swap between these by using the top right hand side drop down box, as shown below.


4. Edit profile
You can update your personal information, such as passwords, address, phone number and security question and answers, via the Edit Profile menu.




5. Adding or Removing user from LOGOS Investor Portal

All user access will be managed by the LOGOS Investor Portal support. To make any changes to your company’s access, please send an email to your Fund Manager requesting that, while copying InvestorPortal@logosproperty.com, and it will be performed following our internal procedure.
