Q1. How to I change my Password?

A1. Once logged in, Please select the 'Edit Profile' in the top right corner, then select the 'Change Password' option in the top right of this screen. 

Q2. How do I change my Email Address?

A2. Once logged in, Please select the 'Edit Profile' in the top right corner, then select the 'Change Username/Email' option in the top right of this screen. 

Q3. I am getting an error when attempting to view my document.

A3. Clearing browser Cache should clear most errors viewing documents.
