When are distributions paid?

Quarterly distributions are paid following the end of each quarter. Distributions are generally paid on or around the 30th of April, July, October and January.

What is the value of my investment?

The balance of your investment can be calculated by multiplying the number of units held by the trust’s current unit price. The number of units you hold and latest unit price is stated on the latest distribution statement, which can be downloaded from the portal.

How do I change my bank details?

Changing your Bank details can’t be done directly through our website.  Please click on the “Contact Us” button at the top of the website and submit the form with the subject “Change Bank Details” and your details in the description field.  We will then send you a form which will need to be signed and returned.

How do I change my contact details?

When Logged in click on “Edit Profile”, which is located in the menu on the top right-hand side of the screen.  This will take you to the “Change User Information” screen.  You will be able to update your address and phone number.  Once updated please click on update profile.  A confirmation box will appear, and an email will be sent to you acknowledging these changes.

How do I change my login email?

When logged in to the portal click on “Edit Profile”, which is located in the menu on the top right-hand side of the screen.  This will take you to the “Change User Information” screen.  Click on the "Change Username/Email" button at the top of page, which will allow you to change your login email.  Once you have entered your change a confirmation box will appear, and an email will be sent to you acknowledging these changes.
 

How do I change my password?

When logged in to the portal click on “Edit Profile”, which is located in the menu on the top right-hand side of the screen.  This will take you to the “Change User Information” screen.  Click on the "Change Password" button at the top of page, which will allow you to change your password.  Once you have entered your change a confirmation box will appear, and an email will be sent to you acknowledging these changes.

Who do I speak to about my investment in the fund?

When Logged in click on “Contact us”, which is located in the menu on the top right-hand side of the screen.  Please enter your details and submit your query. Once you have entered your query a confirmation box will appear, and an email will be sent to you acknowledging your request.  Alternatively, please call our office on 03 8639 9100 and we can speak to you directly.
 

How do I change to a DRP?

Moving your investment to our DRP (distribution reinvestment plan) can't be completed directly through our website.  Please click on the “Contact Us” button at the top of the website and submit the form with the subject “DRP” and your details in the description field.  We will then send you a form which will need to be signed and returned.
 

How do I change to email only correspondence?

Now that all your statements are available on our website it is possible to go paperless and receive your correspondence email.  When your next statement is available, we will send out an email notifying you, which can then be downloaded.  To go paperless please click on the “Contact Us” button at the top of the website and submit the form with the subject “Paperless” and your details in the description field.
